Mr. Harrington and Mr. Yuan have served as directors since 2017 and 2013, respectively, as the Board has overseen ODNB’s impressive growth in Washington metropolitan area, as well as in Central Pennsylvania as Centre1st Bank, a Division of Old Dominion National Bank.
“We are very pleased to have the continued benefit of Wes’ financial services and financial technology expertise, his perspective as a successful Northern Virginia entrepreneur, and years of service to the bank’s Board,” said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mark Merrill. “Naming Dan to serve as vice chair recognizes the role he’s playing in building critical shareholder and customer relationships, particularly in Central Pennsylvania and in the D.C. area. We expect Dan to remain an important contributor to ODNB and Centre1st Bank’s growth for years to come.”
Mr. Harrington is the President and CEO of DM Haggerty LLC, a consulting firm providing counsel to owners and chief executives of domestic and international businesses. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Lehigh White Cement Co. and President and CEO of Lehigh Hanson Inc., providers of building materials. “Dan has deep roots in State College, where both of us were born and raised, and it’s been an honor to reunite with him in service of ODNB and Centre1st Bank customers,” explained President Jack Infield. “It’s more important than ever, in my 40 years in this business, for people to be able to rely on a locally owned community bank with strong hometown Board representation, and Dan exemplifies the caliber of the directors we have guiding our financial institution today.”
